There's a lot to like about simple – but their handling of fraud has been a nightmare. I caught & reported some large charges within 20 minutes, but nothing has been done about it for 2 weeks now, and no updates. Still missing ~$600 from my account.

simple I get push notifications of all charges, which is how I caught it. But the web interface *won't allow fraud reports of pending charges*, so I was told to wait several days before reporting. At that point web reporting failed again, because my card was already shut down. 🤦♀️

simple In order to report through the app, you have to: - wait until the charges finalize - not lock or shut down your card in the meantime ???
