Dear CSS, I want 0-specificity selectors. I love projects like jensimmons github.com/mozdevs/cssremedy - but would extra love if they were truly treated as default settings. Like browser styles, but my own, easy to override with any selector at all.Permalink On twitter.com

My general rule is that the entire tooling/config layer of a project should have 0 specificity. It's the best way to avoid Bootstrap Override Hell™. I normally enforce that by building tools/config in SassCSS with no direct output - but that's less ideal for normalization…Permalink On twitter.com
