Oh no, somewhere in the Netlify 'minify' step for CSS, it removes all Cascade Layers (along with some but not all styles inside those layers). That's not great. Layers have been around for a while now, and there's a lot more new features coming. Not sure what minifier it is…👀On twitter.com
