ItsTrueInTheory People should use whatever helps them get the job done. That job includes being responsive to devices & user needs, but as long as you get there, 👍🏼 I don't enjoy utility-first. The Cascade is one of my favorite tools to use. I do hope this helps others see it as a positive!
