Is there a useful way to handle RSS on a site (css.oddbird.net) where I update existing pages more often than I post new pages (and new are generally incomplete todo lists)? Just post new pages to the feed anyway? Or add a manual trigger for posting "major" changes? Or…?On twitter.com
