RockStarwind LeaVerou yeah, but --is-dark: initial; should mean --background_is-dark: initial #​000; ?? Why does that get treated as guaranteed invalid (and thus fallback), rather than invalid at computed value time (and thus unset)? I guess the GI value of initial is passed along?
