I'm always intrigued when people post their non-hourly models: daily, weekly, or project rates. But often these are individuals, or agencies with full-time staff. I wonder how/if that applies to a team where we set our own (widely variable) schedules?

It has to be done in a way that doesn't make overly-continuous people feel guilty when they need a lot of time off - or resentful when working extra. Are there teams that have achieved that?
