pori_alex I'm with you, sis. I've been remote since 2007 and still struggle to get the balance right. #2 easily leads to guilt & shame. So we lean more heavily on #1 as a team: with hourly rates set so 25-30hr billable/wk is roughly equivalent to a "full-time" (40hr) office job.
