@soniagupta504 The re-naming/branding aspect is so consistent with other forms of gentrification. In Denver it's North Side branded LoHi, Curtis Park to RiNo, Baker sold as SoBo… Insulting to current residents, while the people moving in have no idea what's been erased for them.
